Maintenance.
NEIT Solutions offer maintenance contracts, renewable on an annual basis for a fixed sum.
Under the terms of that agreement, we will endeavour to, repair and get equipment back up and running firstly via a remote session within a 4 hour timescale or, leave you with a suitable service substitute until the faulty equipment can be repaired and returned to you.
